Disable Wsd Print Protocol In Win10

Anyone know how to disable WSD protocol when adding a networked printer? Even if you initially set it up for TCP/IP printing, Win 10 still forces WSD on it and then doesn't work with our custom software....

Thanks but I think what I'm looking for is registry hack to disable WSD. Your link refers more to inter-networking.

 

Windows 10 forces WSD.
This is for Windows Server 2012 but maybe it will put you on the right path.

Some interesting settings to try! Thanks! I was finally able to force TCP/IP printing on one PC for one printer and it took, will try on another to see if it's consistent....
