Disabled my computer?

I've read the "read first" stuff but have a quick question.
Firstly I'm posting from a seperate computer alongside the effected one.
Most of the stuff in "read first" needs connection to the internet.

Initial symptoms were disabled internet access via network card, loss of PS2 (mouse & keyboard)
Gained access by using USB mouse & keyboard.
Changed bios from detect PS2 to assume always connected & now gained PS2 back.
Ran SDfix.exe & gained internet back but after reboot was disabled again & rerun gives nothing now.
Don't thing it has disabled AVG but can't activate shield in Defender or Ewido.
Running both of these finds nothing.

Please advise?

You must run as much of the READ ME as possible and attach as many logs as possible from the procedure. Without the logs there is not too much we can do. At this point I'm not sure that all your problems are due to malware.
