disabling the task manager

hi all
currently am developing a system in vb.net 2008.
i need help on how i can disable the task manager or better yet
put my application on top of all windows including the task manager, task , start menu...

 

Why would you ever want to disable the task manager? The only kind of code that does that IMO is malware.

Malware...?? thats like a virus, right...? ...
they wrote ("its a project based on research....?")..oh..damn, they want me to build a virus....????###...?..it wasn't just the T.M. i cud have messed up my compt...
why couldn't they just say so...? arrhh....! ama teach em ! Open Source ain't dead yet...
