   I try to run my disc cleanup (windows xp) but it just won't work. it seems to freeze as soon as i turn it on and i have to go into my task manager to get it to stop using everything that is my computer. i can leave it on for a whole day and its the same thing.
   i am not so computer savvy, but i've done this before and it worked. how can i get it to work again?
