Discussing Avira Antivir Rescue System?

    It seems every time I bring this topic up it gets deleted, I posted about it in another thread and the post was removed from that thread.

    Normally I use an Avira Antivir rescue system cd, on every field call I make. I find it highly effective and it is nice not having fight with malware and rootkits running in memory as the rescue system boots from linux.

    My question is why is it so taboo to discuss?

    I brought up another useful tool, ninite.com many many moons ago and that too was deleted asap.

    It seems a little silly to be on a site called major geeks, yet not be able to have a serious discussion about a great tool like the avira rescue cd.
