Disk boot failure

I was intending to install windows 7 in a new 1T.hdd .(1T.Seagate,as the primary drive and my present XP Pro. as 2nd. drive.) I have burn the windows 7 ISO with Imgburn. With the burn dvd I try to install win 7. After I start and was waiting for windows 7 dvd to boot nothing seem to load (only new seagate hdd fixed the xp hdd taken out temporary, the dvd-rom is in IDE slot). The screen message "Boot from CD/DVD: Disk boot failure, insert system disk and press enter". I even load the Ruslive full ram dvd just to check whether it is the dvd disc fault, it also gave the same message. My motherboard is Gigabyte G41M-ES2L.
Can someone please help if the BIOS setting need to set please show me the steps to it. Thanks.
