   hi again,
   
   my disk cleanup wont work, when i click on it the progress bar starts with 3 green lines and stays that way. how can i solve this?

   Possibly you have 'too much stuff' to clean Thats not a very technical answer, but I HAVE seen this before when there just too much for it.
