disk read error

    Hello, I have been getting this screen for a year..

    It doesn't show my 2 hard drives into SATA 1-2 , I don't know why. I usually jsut clicked F1 and used my pc normally. FOr some reason today i went into BIOS and restored defaults and now i cant boot. I keep getting disk read errors, or boot failure errors. I am very lost and thankful for any help.

    I ran ubuntu from a usb stick and can see both of my 150gb harddrives with files on them i think!
