Disk Useage At High Level After Startup.

My original endevor was I think a little unatainable. Or to much to soon.

Anyway that said I will start small and try and get to first things first. Which is as soon as I switch on the laptop my disk shows 95-100% useage and does that for sometimes 15 or more minuets every time. Which then slows everything else down. Iv done various tests including HD.Tune on the Hard Disk and all have passed.

So if anyone can suggest anything that needs doing or trying please let me know and I can give it a try.

Here is a screen of the laptop just after startup well its over 17 mins after start up .. And its still at 97% So any help would be greatly appreciated
