Diskeeper 2008 - not eliminating fragments

Got paid-for license of Home edition DK2008 in September. Have Auto enabled on two partitions, both WinXP FAT32. Have run MFT defrag, preceeded by ChkDsk, on both partitions prior to manual defrag job.

I never get any fragments eliminated - so says the log.

The report after manually defragging says disk is in poor shape.

Why doesn't DK do anything about the fragmentation?

Have asked this question of DK support with a nil-response. Is my query silly or is their party lasting all month?

Do you have over 15% of your hard drive free?

Arrgh! I believe the problem is default exclusion list. Almost all useful files & folders are in it. Have remedied that and looks like defragging is working as expected.

    Many thanks.

Tollhouse Frank - thanks very much for mention of JKDefrag. Much impressed. Works nicely. Flexible. Had a big job to do on its first run through the disk(s).
