Display everything on computer

I recently reformatted my windows 7 computer and was reinstalling some programs I like. I had a program on my old computer that showed everything in my computer. I think it was titled everything. I can not find it anywhere to download. Is this program still available and is there another program that does the same thing? Thank you

Thanks for the response but that's not the progam. I am looking for the one that shows all files,etc. on your computer. if you type in the search window for jpeg it will show all the jpeg files you have and etc.
