Display question

OK, so this question may seem very stupid, as I am sure there is a simple solution, but my comptuer keeps logging me out if I leave it alone for a few minutes. I go away and when I come back the screen is black and when I press a key or the mousepad on my laptop, it goes back to the main login screen for XP. It has the 2 guest icons for people to use or my main user icon, and I have to click back in to get back to what I was doing. How can I disable this so if I get up and walk away for 5 minutes or 5 hours my computer will just stay on the current screen that I am on. Thanks.

Look under Power Options in the Control Panel, then change the time limit to what you want for Display/Computer. You could also turn off the password protection, but I would not do that.
