Dll error wont let computer start

I have a major problem on my computer! I had a ukash/ wgsdgsdgdsgsd.exe virus on my pc, i used kaspersky rescue disk to remove this as the computer will not start in safe mode. So now after i have done that i go to start my pc and it gives me the error There was a problem starting C://Users/XXXX/wgsdgsdgdsgsd.exe. The specified module could not be found.
Please help as i cant start my pc and i am trying to run a business from this computer.

Using Windows 7. I think I sorted the problem for the sort term anyway. I used system boot and restored it to a week ago. Hopefully it won't come back
