DLL help....

I'm not sure if this is the correct forum for this, but I keep getting this error message when booting up.

"XCP: mswinext.exe - ordinal not found.

The ordinal 31 could not be located in the dynamic link library msidcrl40.dll."

I ran the NirLauncher DLL Export Viewer and this is what it said, "CsrCaptureMessageString (Function Name) 0x77279d40 (Address) 0x00049d40 (Relative Address) 31 (0x1f) (Ordinal) ntdll.dll (File Name) C:\Windows\SYSTEM32\ntdll.dll (Full Path) Exported Function (Type)"

Can anyone help me resolve this?

I have a Toshiba A665-S6086, running Windows 7 Home Premium, 64 bit, i3 M370 processor @ 2.4 GHz with 8 GB ram.

Do you have any toolbars on your browser? Look for something called Bing in Add/Remove programs.
