So the other day i had a major malware infection on my computer, thanks to MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware software i was able to get rid of it, but for some reason i'm left with a couple of problems......

My task manager now looks like this:

And i can't click the tabs in it, i have to use CTRL+Shift

And each time i open a program, MSN, Firefox, Photoshop etc. i get this:

I was told by a friend to come here and ask for help, i used HijackThis to get the following results to help:

So yeah, any solutions to my problem would be extremely welcome

If i've posted this in the wrong place i apologise

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi

For the Task Manager bit double click the edge of the box and see if that brings the menus back, but even though you may have removed the surface malware, you still are likely to have and judging by the file names mentioned, malware or malware files still on your PC, so best to run the below and then start a new thread in malware forum with logs attached

Please follow the instructions in the READ & RUN ME FIRST link given futher down and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.
    • If you have problems where no tools seem to run, please try following the steps given in the below and then continue on no matter what you find. You only need to try the TDSSserv steps if having problems getting scans in the Read & Run Me First.
    • If something does not run, write down the info to explain to us later but keep on going.
    • Do not assume that because one step does not work that they all will not.
READ & RUN ME FIRST. Malware Removal Guide

    Notes:

    1. If you run into problems trying to run the READ & RUN ME or any of the scans in normal boot mode. You can run steps in safe boot mode but make sure you tell us what you did later when you post logs. See the below if you do not know how to boot in safe mode:
    2. If you have problems downloading on the problem PC, download the tools on another PC and burn to a CD. Then copy them to the problem PC. You will have to skip getting updates if (and only if) your internet connection does not work. Yes you could use a flash drive too but flash drives are writeable and infections can spread to them.

plus a guide on how to attach the logs HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

Once finished please start a new thread in the Malware Forum plus a guide on how to attach the logs HOW TO: Attach Items To Your Post

After these are attached our malware experts will review these to see if your OK, if not they will issue you some further removal instructions.
