i was not really sure weather to post this in virus/spyware or software, but here goes anyways...

whenever i scan my computer for viruses, it identifies 2 DLLs as virus-infected:

    abcuvrou.dll

    mfcgdxoa.dll

but whenever i reboot my computer, i get an DLL error message that says that these 2 are missing!!:confused (my virus protector, zone alarm, automatically renames them)

    what should i do?

You should probably head over to malware. A lot of the virus/trojans/spyware will rename files on reboot.

FYI, the name of the actual virus is:

    "not-a-virus:AdWare.Win32.Virtumonde.din"

Again, it sounds like your Zone Alarm is cleaning what it can but it's set up to come back on reboot.

You'll need to go over to malware to get help with it. Follow the Read & Run Me First thread.
