Dll

Hello.....I am in serious serious need of help. Message box has been popping up at startup for the last month. c:\user\"name"\AppData\Local\Temp\INSTAL~1.DLL I have looked this up and it says I need to go to user32 file and cut and paste. Well I have looked in my system thru every file, nook and cranny and no where in my computer do I have a user32 dll file. Please if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated!!!

Usually these types of errors are either from poor PC maintenance, malware related, or both
