Hello everyone. I've a little problem with DNS. I'll be browsing the internet or playing a game perfectly then every 3-4 days I will get disconected. I know it's the DNS because when it disconects me from MSN, i'll troubleshoot and it says DNS problem and some times it says Key Ports problem too. Any suggestions to stop me getting disconected every few days?

    Thanks

Sounds like a cruddy ISP DNS, my ISP does the same thing to me. Honestly, the easiest thing to do is live with it. You could set up a DNS server on your lan that would cache all your DNS requests and use your modem as a forwarder, but that's a lot of work for such a little issue

Thanks for your reply, could you tell me how to setup a DNS Server on my LAN? I'd rather do that even if it takes alot of time as it pisses me off when I get disconected from games :(
