    Hi everyone,

I've looked through the other similar threads and tried some suggestions but nothing has got rid of my problem. Whenever I run MBAM or SAS it comes up with these registry entries warnings that keep coming back. I'm not experiencing anything unusual happening with the computer, but thought I shouldn't wait for it to start.

It started when I plugged in a USB stick of my girlfriends she was using at Uni and AVG reported a trojan named 'ctfmon.exe'. It deleted\quarantined this file no problems, also deleted some hidden 'resycled' folders, and ran scans with both MBAM and SAS. All they found and keep finding is the registry entry relating to 'videosoft'.

I've run the processes asked, however when running RootRepeal I got the error 'cannot read from our index block'. Also your guide for disabling AVGFree 8.5 doesn't seem to work, the processes still run. I ended disabling their startup in 'services' and rebooting before they stopped. Please see the logs below and thanks very much for you help!
