As I have been trying and trying to run all the scanners recommended in the READ AND RUN FIRST section, viruses seem to be multiplying.....so I got to wondering if perhaps I need to run each scanner on each different user account....ESPECIALLY the ones who have certain files and folders set to "private"

    please let this dummy know...THanks

Just continue on thru all steps in the EXACT order specified and attach the logs when finished. Don't worry if it looks worse or is spreading. We will take care of that later. But please do run Ccleaner on ALL user accounts as requested before doing the other steps. It will help reduce log sizes and scan times.

Other user accounts can be fixed after the first it cleaned.

You're welcome! Just attach logs in this thread when you are finished.

I have asked TimW to pickup this thread. I current have too many threads in progress and will not be around much tomorrow or during the week.
