Hi geeks, I am running XP Home SP3
My WMP11 crashes on opening, I want to uninstall and re-install (clean re-install) and I have a plan for that, but notice that I also have Windows Media Encoder 9 series on the hard drive. Do I really need this or can I remove it and re-install WMP11 without it?
