Do I reset msconfig to selective from normal after cleaning

    Hi, do I reset msconfig to selective from normal after cleaning, also one of the startup pograms recommended on the cleaning section, StartupCPL, when scanned with virus total showed it was infected, hK7AntiVirus 7.10.990 2010.03.04 Backdoor.Win32.Nemesis, false positive?, thanks.
