Do I still have mal/spyware?

I've been having browser problems - Firefox crashing - redirected pages, slow to load. When I would try to open Firefox, the page it was trying to open was adsense.previewmediastation.com.

I ran your fixes for the redirected pages and tdsskiller found one of the Backdor ones. However, I'm wondering if I still have anything on my laptop. Earlier, the Mozilla chat helper indicated he saw things in the Firefox module: dadkeyb.dll and SASSEH.DLL as well as an AVG module which he thought might be malfunctioning. Attached is the Hijack This log I ran.
I've also done scans with Malware Anti-Malwarebytes, SuperAntispyware, AVG, TrendMicro Housecalls. All found nothing.
