do i still have malware after going through the rpocess?..

had ifinding and other ...

at the end when running stopzilla got 151 problems, most with the registry and hosts.
when I looked at the hosts I founnd it was changed the day I installed one of those anti spyware sw.
1. just wonder if these 100+ entries were entered by one of these antispyware like spyboat?
2. do i still have left any malware left on my pc?
3. do I have to keep all these 5 anti spyware on my machine?
