I see 9 dolphins (honestly the first thing i saw) and then i saw some other things It works both ways like.....

Look at the darker bits (no pun intended).

For example, the dark bits near their arms and legs (again, no pun intended) .

The original was a bit more defined...in other words, sharper, image-wise, and on that one there was 10, including the one that looks like half of one on the back of her leg.
