Do you have trouble opening your MSCONFIG?

I did, every time I tried to open it it would disappear and thankfully MG helped me but I came across this link that offers a program that creates usable REGEDIT, MSCONFIG and Task Manager when malware attacks these utilities thus making it impossible to open them.
Operating Systems: Windows® XP and Windows® Server 2003 only.
