Do You Use Smart App Control In Windows 11?

I just did a fresh install of Windows 11, and I notice that Smart App Control is on in evaluation mode in my Windows Security Settings.

Based on what I Googled about it, evaluation mode is watching/analyzing the programs I'm running. I have the option to either turn it on (but it says if I turn it off, it's gone permanently unless I reinstall Windows).

I am very careful about the programs I install/run, and have BitDefender and a sandbox (so I stay as safe as I humanly can).

I don't particularly like the idea of it monitoring every program I run, and it's really not needed. But not sure if losing it forever (because I turned it off) is the right move either.

What's people's thoughts on that, and how do you handle it?
