Docking Station Issue

Hey there! ,

This is my first post on the Major Geeks forums, earlier I've only been a frequent "watcher".

My problem is the following:
I have a fujitsu Docking station and if I start up my notebook while having it in docking station the Bluetooth simply does'nt work. If I on the other hand put the laptop in the station after I've already booted it works as intended.

It's booth my cordless keyboard and mouse that won't start, it's not the biggest deal in the world, I could just keep boooting and then placing into the docking station, but I'm rather curious what may cause this issue.

Ill give you the model names of the station and laptop as soon as I get back to my office.
