 So sorry this is so long. Its been a long process.

Honestly Im not asking for help in fixing this anymore. I think I have ended up messing things up so badly there is'nt anything anyone can do :( Im just giving some history.

About a year ago, I ended up with a SmitFraud variant. At the time, I dont know if I just didnt see the Siri SmitFraudfix.exe available, or if I was scared that it was actually the fix, that the SmitFraud trojan was trying to get you to download :confused All I know, the only fix I considered, envolved way too much for what my computer could handle, It was running horribly, and had originally come with way too little RAM. Add to that, nothing but dial up available :cry And apparently whatever the Trojan was, it had taken over my Adninistrator controls. I just gave up

Well I was chatting with an old friend from my laptop (seperate computer) and he convinced me to try again. Well, I attempted to download the Siri Fix but no links anywhere was working. Even every alternate site links I found. At that point I became conviced, and paranoid that it had control of my browser and was preventing me from downloading the fix. LOL Yeh this problem has me nuts! So I attempted to get my Administrator controls back.
When looking at the user accounts, there was a user called APS.NET?????? So me like an idiot, deleted the account and searched for every file with APS, and deleted most of them. There is a Windows service called APS.Net State Service, that I deleted at this time :(

Ok yeh, I really screwed up. But here is my question. I still dont have administrative control of my computer. When trying to do certain task it says that I dont have the administrative ontrols. Even in tools, internet options, in IE, it says I cant change my homepage because I dont have access. Though I am the listed Computer Administrator in the user accounts, When pulled up in control panel, Im listed as Owner? Is there a chance that a Trojan has a hidden user account that is actually Administrator? Or is it possible I just screwed everything up so badly that I messed it up?
