does anybody know what this is?

it is this little green circle about the size if the avast start-up icon and it had a little eye in the middle that would follow your mouse
anybody know what this is?

 

Do you keep an eye on what's starting up automatically on your machine? Either by looking at Ccleaners Tools section if you have it installed or by checking in MSCONFIG? I am not advising you CONTROL your start up's by using this method but just that you keep an eye on what's going on in your machine. You would need a start up manager such as startup CPL to do that job for you, but back to what you are questioning...can you perhaps screenshot this icon for us or if you know you've downloaded something iffy...hit the malware section

EDIT...realised you could just be asking what software this was because you WANT to install it..if that is the case..I don't recognize it and therefore don't know what program it belongs to...and I see you're already starting the malware removal procedures...
