Vertex shader version and pixel shader version?

I keep getting booted while playing 2 certain games on a game site(only 2 games) and I did all there test and passed.

 

Seems to have to do with how well your graphics card defines and shades each pixel in a frame.
I have the same problem on my machine with the Sims3 game. Need shader2, but machine can't accomodate it.

Sorry had to go somewhere real quick. The thing is I play and like I said its two games. SO I don't get what could be an issue. If something was wrong then why not all games/more games. I played on there site long time ago. And I played a certain game then started getting booted more often. Now I come back due to them adding a new game and now this game boots me. But all connection and etc test passed, update java I always keep cookies and all that cleared.

 

Silas, I wonder if "clearing the cookies" might be part of the reason. That cookie stores info form the gaming site, and it might need the cookie to read info. Might want to try not clearing them, and see how it goes.

Kinda like here. If you check the "remember me" box, then clear your cookies, you will have to re-log in. here. Why? because the cookie 'stores' your info. Without the cookie, how is the site supposed to 'remember you"?

I can see clearing Temp Int. files & History once in a while, but cookies shouldn't bother you at all.

 

Yeah I know its the site. Many people have same issues but the site won't admit its there side. I mean its a good site to play and tons play there but I just get booted from 2 games so I don't see why. And its not like those two games are"high resources" or use a bunch of menus or something. Plus like all things support is a joke. Like I tell them and people agree there support on the site is people reading out of the beginners booklet. I told them I had issues 2-3 years ago with the site with 1 game, ended up coming back recently to have issues with another game. But all seem fine, and no issues what so ever. And I keep telling them"I am getting booted out of the game while playing the game" then I rewrote many times" Iam getting booted(out) of the game(while) playing" Because they keep responding with. Then it gives info of steps on clearing cookies and making sure Java is update. Yet its up today and the sites tools that "test" your java pass green. So I am right and they continue to say that if its okay then try this "link" for people that having issues with lagging and not having the game window even open. Even tho I am not having none of these issues. So so far 6 or 7 in last 2 days replies of mine are the I am not having none those issues and I keep getting booted from the game while playing the game. :confused Hope that sentence isn't to hard to understand. I even sent a msg saying put down the book of instructions and send this to other people to help. Its been through different supports as well(atleast they say so) we will be sending this to "name" they are in blah blah higher place and then now were suppose to send my email to what they say it top guy of support issues but oh well. I doubt this will get fix/solved like that time. I just quit emailing them cause they said same thing over.
