Does anybody knows how to get rid of this??

Two weeks ago, after opening an e-mail with a funny picture of a black woman with huge tits, i started to receive strange messages from my pc, with a window that pop-up asking me to install or open a file named "PIC000476.JPG", from geocities.com... Of course I did NOT opened or started its install, but it was repeating over and over again, dozens of times... I tried to remove by scanning the system with AML Free Registry Cleaner, Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and AVG 7.5. Malwarebyte's identified some problems and apparently removed them, but the only improvement is that the annoying windows appears only 4 or 5 times when the system starts, and then stops... My PC seems a little slower since then (I have a PIV with 512MB RAM and running on XP). Can anybody give me some advice to get rid of this problem??
