Does anyone have any musical talent?

I just want to know if anyone plays an instrument, sings, dances and what not.

I play the bass. I did for a while in grammer school, and stoped when we moved, i am just starting to pick it back up. I went out and bout a cheeper Ibanez bass, and amp. They will last me untill im good enough to invest in somthing better.

i play the drums whenever i feel like it, don't play daily but i play alot on the weekends. just a hobby though, no band dreams or anything.

Main instrument is guitar. Also do bass, drums, vocals, keyboards(rarely). Adding lapsteel soon

 

started with electric guitar few weeks ago. Play maybe once a week, just got a cheap amp my friend gave me and a squier bullit guitar. Good fun, wish I had more time to get better tho

i play the flute at school, and im in my school's junior band. I've played for 3 years now...

 

Guitar, a bit of harmonica... and there's an accordian in my dark, ancient past, although I seldom admit it.

GT accordian's are cool...also I like the scream of the bagpipes,,I love to listen and enjoy music,all except RAP don't concider it music,just my opinion,,, like jazz, clasic rock, the 80's stuff,,,and a broad collection of others including classical...unfortunatly its not my fortay,,In school way back,,I played trumipt & clarenit, or should I say I TRIED to platy these 2, Glenn

 

I play acoustic guitar, bouzouki, bohdran, drums and percussion, bass, harmonica, pan pipes, djembe, and vocals.

And GT, accordian is cool, I wish I could play it, it would be a great addition to the Crossing.

 

I can play guitar and I can sing. My dad has over 40 guitars in the house. It was only a matter of time for me.

Sorry, eclayton, he doesn't sell them. They are his babies. He has them hanging up all over the house. Most are in bad condition. His hobby is to fix them up.

 

Well, I'll just come over and, and, and look at them, yeah, that's what I'll do!

He wouldn't miss just one little old guitar anyway, would he?

Just kidding, I used to have a nice accordian years ago. I was coming back from a lesson and stopped off to eat at Lenny's. As I was getting my food I remembered I had left the window down on my car so I ran out real quick, too late, somebody had already thrown another one in my car.

I sing, but I wouldnt call it talent, I would call it a creative way to alienate people...

probably because i cant sustain a note even though i can hit it... go fig.

 

I dance , and I'm not completely terrible at singing. I wish I could play an instrument though.

 

I would but I don't have a digital camera or a sanner. He repairs acoustic and electric guitars. He's an excellent player as well. He used to teach kids in the 70's for a bit. He was also in a band and I think they released a CD. It didn't sell.

I gotta' go.

Pictures would be awesome if you can ever find a way. Any tips he feels like passing along on repairs for guitars, or tube amps, would be greatly appreciated as well

 

I can play the french horn, though I only pick it up once or twice a year anymore. I can sing a bit too.

 

I've been playing classical and electric guitar for almost 8 years now. I also sing when the occasion calls for it (which is often at parties).

A few of my friends and I have been recording ourselves making improvisational songs for the past 4 years, and we have well over 200 songs (about 80 of which are actually on audio cd's). I don't care what anyone says; you learn more about yourself as a musician ONLY when you play with others.

 

CORRECTION - He didn't release a CD. The band he was in consisted of just him and another guy; a duo. Years after they broke up his partner asked him if he wanted to join up again and tour or something. I'm not sure. My dad said no and his partner went solo and recorded. I think. Something like that.

Anyway, I could try and get some pictures and use someones scanner. I could also post info on exactly what guitars he has.
