Does anyone here know anything about Speederxp?

I just downloaded this program I heard about called Speederxp. Some how this program is suppose to speed up the clocking speed on your computer. I'm not sure what it really does though. I was told it would not only help with speeding up play during online gaming, but I could use it on programs such as emule or any torrent program and get 10X the normal download speed. I've tried it on emule, but it doesn't seem to work. Does anyone here know if this programs really works?

No... i have tried them too it really does not do much i would never pay for something like that download System Mechanic pretty much does the same thing
