Does anyone know anything about PC Show Buzz?

I just saw an ad for this PC Show Buzz. http://www.inklineglobal.com/adsales/clickgalore/tvo_offer_clixgalore.html?mcp=US Supposedly you're able to watch TV on your computer, even cable channels without a cable subscription just with a one time download. Seems too good to be true. Does anyone know anything about it?

 

Smells fishy Cindy. InklineGlobal.com, the primary site in your link is in Singapore. Their ad talks a lot about movie trailers, clips, music videos, all ot which you can find online yourself. They DO talk about watching your favorite shows, in general, but... All of those "favorite shows" are copyrighted. Cable and satellite companies pay to provide them. IF, and it's a big if, this outfit is offering them basically for free, they're not paying royalties, and it will be illegal for them to provide them. Bandwidth issues alone will be expensive, not to mention royalties to the shows. China is already the worlds leader in piracy, and one of the big players in malware. I wouldn't touch this.

 

Once in a while full programs are slipped into Google Videos.

I watched the Bugatti Veyron there, and when wanted to show to others, the link was dead.

 

Yes its is better than to be true.
It was downloaded by me and after a check with Microsoft Defender and a complete check by Microsoft spyare etc.
The answer was 8 infected files with Trojandloader : Win32/Istbar.KA.

After repairing and deleting the pcshowbuzz files and everything in tehe neighbourhood of the infected files, my computer was clean.
So BEWARE off PCSHOWBUZZ, I was lucky.
