does anyone know if this is for a driver?

Ignorance is bliss.....about a week ago, I knew very little about my computer until my antivirus warned me about a trojan that was trying to get onto my computer..long story short, I found this beautiful website, got a little educated on security issues with computers, and promptly downloaded a decent firewall (I think it's decent but I also don't know any better) and cleaned my computer of spyware and such...now I am trying to figure out what to let go in and out of my computer and have left everything blocked that I don't know what it is. One thing that keeps asking to be let in shows up on my firewall (sygate) as C:\Windows\system32\Drivers\ndisuio.sys and it say it wants to update, so maybe when everyone is done laughing at me, someone will let me know what this is, and what an easy way to identify things like this that pop up on my firewall asking permission to be let in would be. thanks a ton in advance for any info
