Does my malware cause screen corruption?

In normal boot mode my screen is corrupted. This includes the Windows start-up screen (lots of fuzzy blue squares on the black background), the desktop icons (fuzzy with small vertical lines) and the cursor (enveloped by small vertical lines). Games are unplayable.

I have been through the malware removal guide and attach the various logs to this post and a second post:

I have two questions:

Is there any malware left to remove and how do I remove it?

Is the malware responsible for the screen graphics corruption or is this a graphics card / driver issue? My graphics card is Radeon 9800.
