I changed from Vista to xp. I found all the drivers accept the ethernet controller. I have a preasrio sr5433wm I found drivers for vista but I don,t know how to find the right chipset or driver.

 

Welcome to MajorGeeks! I did a quick search on the HP/Compaq site, and they do not support switching to XP! You will have to find out who made the devices you need, and go to there site and hope they have XP drivers. Very frustrating! I had to do the same thing on a Gateway when the owner put XP pro on it, and they only gave XP Home drivers...

Upon further searching, the RealTek driver I linked to probably won't work, try it anyway though. The 2nd link should work, if not, I have dug up some links from HP and another RealTek link.... so, either post here or send me a PM if you need the other links.
