Hello to all, I recall in windows 3.1 (yes, I am that old) that you could set the file manager (now windows explorer) to "do not follow folder to new position."

I have searched for the same in win xp pro but cannot find anything the like - when I press enter after rename a folder in windows explorer the file tree jumps to the new position, very annoying when your renaming a lot of folders in a long list of folders and have to constantly scroll back up the tree to where you where.

Is there a way to stop this and "not follow the folder to the new position."

    Thanks for any help
    Henry
