   Hi I've just been to my brothers house he's got a little problem
   
   Windows won't boot anymore not even in safe mode or doman ontrollers mode or any mode.
   
   do you think its a virus and is there anyway to get rid of it without formatting

   If you cannot boot at all in normal boot mode or in safe mode, there is not much we can do for you other than recommending a Repair Install or similar but you did not in say what OS you are referring to. At any rate, you would be better off in the Software Forum.
