dont know whats going on plz help

    hi guys.


    recently my computer has been running a tad slower then usual. also when i check my hard disk space it has gone down by about 9-10gbs the past week or so with-out me even downloading or installing anything!

    was wondering if anyone can help find me fix the problem...perhaps post a HJT log?

    Your problem may not be due to malware. You could be using up diskspace for automatic backups or for System Restore points. If you wish to rule out malware, please follow the instructions in the below link and attach the requested logs when you finish these instructions.

    with the mgtools, i cant save it in c: drive...it says i must have admin permission and to contact the admin.

    Does your account have administrator priviledges? Are you sure? It still should not block you from saving it to C:\ unless someone has block that using a system policy. You can try saving it to your Desktop and running it. It may or may not run properly.

    What version of Windows are you using?
