Don't monitor my clipboard!

    There are certain programs which have access to your clipboard and such, I am wondering if there is a tool to prevent your clipboard from being accessed, as there is tools like KeyScrambler that encrypt your keystrokes and keep them from being monitored.

    Hi

    Not as easy as you'd think, some of the Child/home Privacy applications do have an option in them to block clipboard as does Group Policy, but Group Policies is more network based and dont think it off hand blocks all apps.

    In IE, you can block clipboard actions with changing this Internet Options > Security > Custom Level > Security Settings > Under Scripting > Allow programmatic clipboard access > Disable > Apply > OK


    Only other way I know off hand is to run an app like this KeePass that deletes the clipboard content after a specified time, default is 10secs.
