Been scanning and keeping my computer clean lately. The only thing is, Spyware Doctor is saying I have 5 Tracking Cookies.

    C:\Documents and Setting\Owner\Cookies\owner@ar.atwola[2].txt
    C:\Documents and Setting\Owner\Cookies\owner@questionmarket[2].txt
    C:\Documents and Setting\Owner\Cookies\owner@2o7[1].txt
    C:\Documents and Setting\Owner\Cookies\owner@msnportal.112.2o7[1].txt
    C:\Documents and Setting\Owner\Cookies\owner@atwola[2].txt

I also have a Hijack this log... Anyway to fix this stuff would be great.

Tracking cookies are harmless and just store some info on what pages you looked at on the site of origin, a bit of demographics for the website and they also can house any login info for a site you need user/passwords for, they are all natural events. They can also appear if a website you goto has popup or non-popup advertising.

I get at least 10 of these each browser session but I delete then at end of session using either CCleaner or Eraser, but if I browse the same sites again they will come back.

IF you are having any issues because of these tracking cookies the you will needs to follow our guide below verbatim, but you will never be rid of tracking cookies and if you did set your browser to high security setting you would not be able to connect to many sites that need cookies to function.

    Guide if you need it.............
