Don't Understand What WinPatrol Is Telling Me

I have WinPatrol on my PC. It keeps coming up with a WinPatrol New Program Alert. It says:

I keep clicking on No. But, this alert keeps popping up. I don't know whether this is something safe or if I shouldn't accept it. If I don't want to accept it how can I stop this alert keep popping up?

I'm also wondering if this should be even happening for two reasons: (1) Internet Explorer is installed on my PC but I don't use it as my browser; (2) even though this alert keeps popping up I haven't got Internet Explorer open.

I believe Research is an add-on installed in IE by MS Office. If you don't have Office installed then it's something else, but if you do have Office then it's safe to allow it to install. I also understand it doesn't do anything useful so it can safely be disabled.

Thank you! I do have MS Office so it would seem that explains it.
