Dos Laptop/hard Drive: Need Caddy: Can't Find On Ebay

Hi! I don't remember if I stated this here, but I have a DOS laptop at my mother's house that's in dire need of a hard drive. I have one, but when I inserted it, it didn't work. I looked at the connection, and it was different. I asked about it online and was told I need a caddy and how to search for one. I just tried eBay for it, and a quick search gave me a lot of hits, but a quick browse didn't give me one. How do I find it? The laptop is an NEC Versa 2000D model.

 

From the manual you needed a harddrive with the following specification:

IDE interface (built-in), 2 1/2-inch x 1-inch high (thin-height)
System ships with the 350- or 540-MB Hard Disk Drive

What is the specification of the hard drive that you are attempting to replace this by?
