Double Click and Search

Okay, annoying problem. Whenever I double click an application or program, such as any folder in my documents, "Search" comes up...

If I right click I can choose "Open" which is the second option beneath a bold "Search. . .".

This is annoying because obviously every time I click on something I just want it to come up without having to go threw and right clicking, EVERY TIME.

Any solutions?

OS: Windows XP

 

Go to the link below and click on Win XP Fixes then look for Search/Command Prompt Opens When Double Clicking a Folder. That should fix it.
