download and filepicker ?

    Hi all, more times often than not when I try to download from a site a panel comes up and says` cannot download to this area choose another, which I do and it says the same. The other prob is again when I try to download from a site a panel comes up and says`filepicker was unexpectedly closed by windows`?? please help as it is driving me mad, thanks:cry
