I have a cingular cell phone and in the paperwork you get when you get your phone says you can get a iden cable from an authorized cingular dealer and put your own pictures and music on it for free. What program would I use to do this? Thanks

 

None, you could drag and drop like normal files, although there may be programs to make it easier... Basically, unless you want to do it with less work, you dont need any programs.
