download that will limit computer/internet availability

Anyone know of software that could limit internet time on computer?
Don't really need a keylogger.... just trying to curb my addiction!!!!~!~

There are also settings in your router as well. (at least there are in my router)

Most routers can be accessed by typing either 192.168.1.1 or with 192.168.0.1 in the address bar of your browser. You'll then be asked for an Admin user name and password. If you haven't changed these, you can find out what the default settings are by visiting your router manufacturer's web site or by looking thru the manual for your router.
