Download/upload Monitor

Off hand I dont have a suggestion to monitor all the PCs on the network you have without going paid software and they may not like the win98 PC, was looking at SNMP traffic monitors but the router would have to be SNMP enabled.

But I do have this one, now it will need to be installed on all the PCs, but it will generate statistics to upload and download, all you would need to do is to add them up over a months worth of usage.

Works in Vista too as I have used this to monitor my download stats.


In the setting of the router are their any data capture options?

I got that too on one XP machine and had to install the MDAC http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...e3-c795-4b7d-b037-185d0506396c&displaylang=en for XP it should be fine as it has MDAC defaultly, I only thought it needed a newer version than that of XP.

I also did get the FULL version off the devs homepage @ 9.6MB in size and that seemed for me to work better than the lite version.
